PROPERTY RIGHTS AND TAKINGS

My name is Parker Johnson. I am a student studying surveying & mapping at Utah Valley University. This website was created as a part of my senior capstone project. I am passionate about property rights as I work regularly with developers and public entities on property issues. I have found that property rights are largely misunderstood by both the general public and public employees. My goals with my project are to educate and inform future or current property owners, land development professionals, and public employees on property rights and takings so that we can work together more effectively in regards to property.
